Wine Me at the SOMM'UP 2025 exhibition – March 30 and 31 in Nice

WINE ME had the pleasure of participating in the SOMM’UP 2025 exhibition, which took place on March 30 and 31, 2025 in Nice, an unmissable professional event for sommeliers organized by the Association des Sommeliers de Nice – Côte d’Azur – Provence.
This event once again brought together key players in wine and gastronomy on the French Riviera, in a spirit of exchange, transmission and innovation.

SOMM’UP 2025: the meeting for wine professionals in Provence

SOMM’UP 2025 established itself as a privileged platform for sommeliers, winemakers, wine merchants, restaurateurs and trainers. Designed as a space for dialogue and discovery, the exhibition highlighted new trends in sommelier, winemaking expertise and educational tools dedicated to wine.

In this demanding and inspiring context, the presence of WINE ME was naturally part of an approach to promoting wine culture through experience.

Presentation of the new WINE ME "table" versions

At SOMM’UP 2025, WINE ME presented its new "table" versions, designed to be easily integrated into restaurants, wine bars, professional events and oenological training courses.

These formats allowed for:

• animating a tasting table in a fun and structured way,
• stimulating exchange without directly influencing the perception of wines,
• offering an accessible pedagogical approach to both enlightened amateurs and professionals.
• Discussions with winemakers and wine professionals

The SOMM’UP exhibition was above all a place for human and professional encounters. For WINE ME, this participation represented a strategic opportunity to exchange with:
