The Monegasque Sommeliers Association (AMS) marked a new milestone in its history on Friday, October 31, 2025, by organizing its 33rd Prestige Gala at the Yacht Club de Monaco. An annual event now established as a must-attend in the Principality's gastronomic and oenological life. 

2025 Theme: A Tribute to the 1855 Grands Crus Classés

For this 2025 edition, the gala dinner's central theme was a "Journey through the 1855 Bordeaux Grands Crus Classés", a selection of exceptional wines presented throughout a gourmet menu orchestrated by prestigious teams. This choice highlighted AMS's desire to marry wine heritage with haute cuisine. Thus, Wine Me is a presence adapted to the Monegasque spirit.

Invited to host the oenological section of the evening, Wine Me offered a service designed for a demanding audience: sharing, discovery, and fluid exchanges rather than ostentatious demonstrations. The animation naturally integrated into the gala's atmosphere, prioritizing conviviality and exchange around great labels.
